Early C19 pair of stucco villas. Two-storeys, 1.2.1 windows, and set-back side
entrances of one window above round-headed doorway. First floor windows are sashes
in reveals (with shutters); ground floor are French windows; each projecting unit
has a ground floor square bay with wrought iron small balcony and slim cornice on
4 brackets. The central set back contains coved verandah roof. Prominent chimneys.
No 22 has a later one window attachment in Regency style, but general effect is
complete. Slate hipped roofing, wide eaves with moulding against wall. Painted
rendered walling, plinth.
