Part of purpose built Institute. Mid-C19. Coursed limestone rubble.
Fishscale tile roof. Stone gable coping with moulded finials and kneelers.
L-plan. One storey. E. wing. N. gable end to road has tall 3-light leaded
window with mullions and high level transom. Stone drip mould. W. elevation
has two 2-light leaded casements flanking stone gabled porch. N. elevation of
W. wing has same arrangement of windows and porch.
