GV II

Farmhouse. C18 with later additions. Red brick on moulded sandstone
plinth; clay tile roof with coped verges; red brick external end
stacks. 2 parallel ranges with Mid-C19 extension to rear. 2 storeys
with first floor band and gable lit attic; 5 windows; casements with
segmental heads; moulded surround and cornice hood to central glazed
door and oblong over-light, approached by short flight of stone steps.
C20 single storey extension to left with flat roof and floor to eaves
glazing.
