House and outhouse. C18. Red brick with granite rubble stone plinth and Welsh
slate and concrete tile roofs with two brick ridge stacks and a left end stack.
Brick nogged eaves. Main facade faces rear. Two builds, brick band to left
range, which is of two storeys of two 2-light casements over similar with top
lights. Right range similarly of two storeys of 2 3-lights, horizontal sliding
sash and centre-opening casements. On ground floor, from left, part-glazed
door, 3-light horizontal sliding sash, 1-light and stable door. To rear, facing
lane, a lean-to with Swithland slate roof, a gabled openwork and glazed porch
and a 2-light small-paned horizontal sliding sash both floors.
