GV II

Farmhouse: mid C18 with re-used earlier timbers, with alterations and
additions of mid C19. Stuccoed brick, Welsh slate roof and 2 brick
chimneys. Double-pile plan. Core has 2-storey, symmetrical, 3-bay
front. End bays have canted bay windows with sashes with glazing
bars. Above are tripartite sashes with glazing bars. Central bay has
a simple mid C19 detached wooden porch with a door with raised fields
above. Slightly lower additional portions to right and left.
Interior: has heavy oak beams and part of an oak dogleg staircase
with flat serpentine balusters, re-used from C17 buildings.
Outbuildings to rear and right are not included in the item.
