Row of 3 cottages originally an early C18 house. Hammer-dressed stone, stone
slate roof. 2 storey south front with added early C19 single storey outshut to
rear. 4 cells. 1st cell has 2-light sash window with chamfered surround and
mullion with 2-light chamfered mullioned window over. 2nd cell has double
chamfered mullioned window of 7 lights; over is single chamfered light and
4-light chamfered window. Doorway has composite jambs with chamfered surround
and stop with square lintel. 3rd cell has 3-light window broken through to form
door; over is double chamfered window with sawn off mullions (formerly of
3 lights), 4th cell has double chamfered window broken into to form door with
4-light window over (lacking a mullion). Rear has quoins and preserves
chamfered mullioned window of 6 lights. Outshut has 9-light flat faced
mullioned window. 3 stacks to ridge.
Interior preserves fireplace with shouldered architrave and moulded lintel to
former parlour. Through-passage plan.
