Cottage. Probably late C17 or early C18. Timber framed in origin, with later
brick repairs, and plaster rendered. Long straw thatch roof, half hipped to
right hand end. End stack with original brickwork, repaired in part. Present
plan of two bays, although there was possibly another bay to the left hand.
One storey and attic. One dormer. Two windows, both C20, and doorway in
original location. Framing visible in right hand gable end and on interior.
Inglenook hearth and original partition wall between hall and service bay and
between pantry and storage area in service bay.
