House, now shop. c1820, with late C20 alterations. Coursed
squared stone, the front rendered and painted, with ashlar
dressings and gabled and hipped slate roof with brick side
wall stack. Quoins to front, gutter on brackets. 2 storeys;
2-window range of 12-pane sashes with projecting surrounds.
Full-width late C20 shopfont and fascia. Left return, to Union
Street, has a central 12-pane sash with projecting surround
and below, a round-arched stone doorcase with fielded 6-panel
door and fanlight.
