Town house with later shop. 1840 date to pediment above
parapet. Stucco with rustication to ground floor, stepped sill
strings, moulded architraves, heavy moulded hoods on consoles
to 1st floor; 2-bay panelled parapet over heavy moulded
cornice; bitumen-grouted slate roof. Double-depth plan. 3
storeys; 2-window range. Original hornless sashes with glazing
bars with taller 1st-floor sashes. Ground floor has late C20
shop window replacing probable late C19 shop window. C20 door
on right; plain overlight. INTERIOR: not inspected.
