Town house. Mid C19. Stucco with plinth, 1st-floor sill band
and moulded architraves; asbestos slate roof with projecting
eaves over entablature with moulded architraves, perforated
frieze, and cornice with dentils and modillions. Double-depth
plan. 2 storeys; 4-window 1st-floor range; late C19 four-pane
horned sashes. Ground floor has 2 round-arched 2-pane horned
sashes flanking a central pilastered doorway with moulded
entablature with cornice/hood forming porch to recessed
pilastered doorway with original moulded 1-panel door.
INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to retain original
features. Included for group value.
