969-1/4/71 (West side)
16/08/76 No.114
(Formerly Listed as:
WAKEHAM STREET
Nos.114 & 116)

GV II

Small house in row. Early C19. Large coursed and squared stone
block, plain tile roof. Two storeys and attic, 1-windowed.
16-pane sashes to stone cills, far left a C20 door. A lintel
band of long stones above the ground-floor door and window;
the upper window possibly enlarged, as the long lintel-stone
has been cut into, but the sash looks authentic early C19.
Raised and tiled verge, right with rendered stack; return
gable rendered, with small 16-pane to attic. Straight joint to
adjoining property to left, but door lintel carries through.
The house number is incised on stone.
