House, now divided into flats. 1900-1903, gable ends rebuilt, possibly after war damage. Architect A.Faulkner, builder William Willett. Surrey vernacular style. Red brick, tile hung first floor 2 bays left, steeply pitched concrete tile roof with sprocketed eaves. L-plan: 2 gabled bays projecting forward right with entrance in angle. 2 storeys plus attic; 2:2 bays; mullioned and mullion and transom windows with many pane casements, 4-light flat-roofed dormer set in roof space right, 3-light windows in gable ends, end bay right fully glazed 2-storey bow with dentil cornice and tile hung plinths, others 6-light to first floor, ground floor 8-light to left of entrance, right canted bay with dentil cornice, very fine cantilever porch in angle, rather like a tester with ovolo moulded cornice, arched heads with drops, all covered with carved surface decoration, arch-head doorway, original 4-panel door with upper lights. A most attractive porch.
