Sarah the most beloved Wife of Robert Duke Esquire, Daughter and co-heiress of Richard Reynell of Creedy Esquire Died 2nd February Anno 1641 Leaving Sons 3 Daughters 5.

The arms display Duke impaling Reynell (argent masonry and a chief indented sable), with the crest of Duke and that of a fox passant for Reynell. The three sons and five daughters are represented kneeling on each side.
