House, inn when surveyed. Early C19. Painted brick; Welsh slate roof; brick end stack to rear. L-shaped plan. Two storeys and cellar; three-window range: 6/6 sashes; brick gable parapets. Entrance to centre right: C20 half glazed door, under moulded wood flat hood on plain pilasters; to left, two, to right, one, 6/6 sashes under grooved stucco lintels. Left returned side: two-light casement under soldier arch, over two-light casement under segmental arch.

Wing to rear: hipped Welsh slate roof and central brick stack; C20, six-panel door under segmental arch, and four-light window with stone mullions and scrolled pediment over.
