GV II

House. Late C18. Stucco with limestone dressings, brick gable
stacks, limestone rubble garden wall and a pantile roof. Late
Georgian style. 2 storeys; 4-window range. A regular front has
a clasping right-hand pilaster and coped parapet. Ground floor
not visible at time of review; first-floor 6/6-pane sashes,
8/8-panes to the right-hand side. INTERIOR not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached rubble wall extends approx 20m S
along the road, with a brick segmental arch and double doors,
with ornate wrought-iron grilles in each. Brick extension to
the left-hand end not included. No.13 (qv) to the left dated
1734, may also be date of No.11.
