House. c1780. Roughcast with a pantile roof and slate-roofed
porch, and a brick ridge stack. 3-storey; 2-window range. Door
to the left with small porch with pointed slates, and flush
sashes, with 6/6 panes on the ground-floor and 3/6 panes on
the first-floor. INTERIOR not inspected, but reported to have
2-panel shutters and soffits. Attached to Rose Cottage (qv).
