Manager's House, now offices. 1845, by Henry J. Marlen. Red
brick with hipped slate roof and brick end stacks. L-plan. 2
storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Porch to front of
round-arched doorway having panelled door with fanlight.
Sashes with glazing bars set in round-arched recesses.
INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value with the
former pump house, an early municipal example.
