House, late C18 or early C19. In the Gothick style. Principal elevation on
garden side. Timber-framed and roughcast. Hipped thatched roof with internal
chimney of red brick. A prominent central bow, full-height, of segmental form
with the roof swept out to cover it; 3 windows and another on either flank.
All windows have steeply pointed heads; a pair of small-pane casements, and
above a fixed light with glazing bars of Y-form. Central entrance door, the
upper panel glazed with curved bars, and the central pair of panels also
glazed.
