2 houses. Late C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. The Old Post House. Squared.
coursed ironstone, Continuous slate roof with No.8. Brick ridge stack. 2-unit
plan. 2 storeys. 2-window range. Approximately central entrance has C20 door and
C20 parch and is flanked by 4-light metal casements with wood lintels, First
floor has two 3-light similar windows. Wrought-iron casement fasteners and
springs, Interior not inspected. No.8. Coursed ironstone rubble. Slate roof
continuous with The Old Post House. One-unit plan. 2 storeys, 1-window range.
Entrance on left has C20 door, moulded wood frame and C20 rustic porch. 4-light
metal casement to right with wood lintel. 3-light metal casement with wood
lintel to first floor. Ironstone quoins. Interior not inspected. Included far
group value.
