Farmhouse. c 1830. Lias ashlar walls on a plinth. Slate roof, hipped at
both ends, of low pitch with projecting eaves. Brick stacks at left and
right hand eaves. 2 storeys. 3 windows, sashes with thin glazing bars,
arch-heads with flush keystones. Stone cills. Centre-upper window: oculus
with glazing bars. Flush voussoirs and 4 projecting keystones to top, bottom,
and either side. Front door, wood with many glass panels, C20. Porch, wood
with running vine-scroll supports at front. Elliptical arch to front and
trelliswork at sides, C19. Concave pyramidal canopy. Rear wing, long and of
same materials. 2 and 3 light C19 cast iron casements survive. Plank door
at north west end.
