Gateway at Mansfield Cemetery
GV II
Gateway at cemetery. 1857. Coursed squared stone, and coursed
rubble with ashlar dressings. Gothic Revival style. Entrance
gateway has steep pitched gable with ashlar coping and finial
with double gables and Celtic cross. In the gable, a single
lancet. Chamfered segmental-pointed gateway with hoodmould and
a pair of latticework wooden gates.
