Paired Estate Cottages. Mid C19. Banded flint and stone walls, stone quoins,
and brick quoins at rear. Slate roofs. Big projecting stacks on end walls,
with set-offs, ending in coupled brick stacks. H-plan, with 2 cross wing
gables to front. 1½ storeys. 4 bays total, 3-light hollow-chamfered stone
mullions with bowtells. Separate labels over, stone cills. Single light
windows over front doors, iron and metal casements with leaded lights. Two
front doors at centre, under a pentice slate roof, which is gabled, barge-
boarded and finialed at centre. Doors, both planks, C20.
