House. Circa 1700. Limestone ashlar with stone slate roof. A symmetrical
composition of two storeys with attic and five bays. Windows are boxed sashes
with glazing bars and flat arches. String course above ground floor windows.
Three gabled attic dormers have casements with leaded glazing. Door, approached
by stone steps, is of six panels and has a transom light. Gables coped. Gable
chimneys, the right-hand one with projecting stack. Rear wing, facing south,
has sashes with glazing bars, and, at the left, a two-storey mid-C19 bow window
with strapwork carving. Interior: not accessible at time of survey. (December
1986).
