Small red brick terrace, mid 1850's. Central pair are of 3 storeys, 1
window. Nos 1 and 4: 2 storeys, symmetrical fronts of 3 windows. Low
pitch gable end slate roofs. Projecting eaves with fretted boards. Recessed
windows, 2-light casements with marginal glazing, ogee arched upper panes,
stucco hood-moulds over. Nos 1 and 4 have central porches: iron columns,
fretted boards below shallow cornice, tent roofs with fleur-de-lis finials
against wall. The porch of No 4 has been enclosed with side lights.
Nos 2 and 3 have porches on iron columns with fretted boards, frieze ornamented
with rosettes and cornice, surmounted by unusual scrolled pediments.

Nos 1 to 4 (consec) Alma Terrace and garden walls and Alma Cottage form
a group.
