ST 67 NE PUCKLECHURCH C.P. WESTERLEIGH ROAD (west side)

4/222 Pucklechurch House

G.V. II

House. Late C18, early C19 rear wing, C20 alterations. Coursed rubble with
stone dressings, slate roofs with raised coped verges and gable stacks. Rear
wing forms L-plan. 2 storeys and 5 windows, all sashes in flat stone surrounds,
central door with engaged Doric columns, triglyph frieze and pediment; plinth,
string course under cills of first floor windows, cornice, parapet and coping.
Right return has similar ground floor sash; large 2-storey rear wing with varied
C20 windows and door, attached C20 garage, left return of rear wing has first
floor right sash, 2-light casement to left, roof-lights, lower 2-storey block
attached to rear with one similar casement at first floor. Interior: not
inspected.
