Shop with accommodation above. Circa 1840s to 1860s. Rendered and stuccoed front,
probably with soft-wood timber framed front wall. Slate roof with gable ends and
brick end stack on left.
Plan: Particularly deep and narrow plan with shop occupying front room. The
building may have earlier origins and was possibly refronted in the mid C19.
Exterior: 3-storeys. Regular 3-window front. Ground floor remodelled in late C20
with shop front rebuilt. 3 original C19 4-pane sashes in round arched openings on
first floor and 3 to second floor.
Interior: Shop occupying front room of building remodelled in late C20.
