sashes with glazing bars in exposed cases. Panelled door, simple slate
hood. Passageway and steps up to 1st floor door. Roughcast end wall.
Slate hipped roof, cement-washed. Included for group value.

Nos 1 to 3 (consec) form a group with Nos 1 to 4 (consec) Elm Terrace
and Nos 23, 25, 33 Tregony Hill.
