GV II

Farmhouse. Mid C18, Coursed limestone rubble; gabled stone slate roof; end
stacks of brick to right and stone finished in brick to left. L-plan with rear
wing. 2 storeys and attic; symmetrical 3-window range. Early C19 flat hood with
scrolled wrought-iron brackets over early C19 six-panelled (2 glazed) door.
Chamfered timber lintels over C20 two-light casements; gabled roof dormers have
2-light casements with glazing bars. Rear wing has stone-coped gable end;
outbuilding to rear, former stable, has two doorways flanking window. Interior
not inspected but likely to be of interest.
