House. Circa mid to late C19. Stone rubble with brick dressings. Slate roof with
gable ends and brick end stacks.
Single depth 2-room plan with stair to right of passage.
2 storeys symmetrical 3-window front. Ground floor with 2 late C19 6-pane sashes
with C20 glazed door in centre all below brick segmental arches. First floor with 3
late C19 6-pane sashes.
Interior not inspected.
Prominent position on south side of harbour.
