Houses, now public house, church and flats. Late C18, restored
and altered c1988. Brick with ashlar dressings and hipped and
gabled pantile roof with single gable and 2 ridge stacks, 2 of
them rebuilt. Dentillated wooden eaves and pediment, moulded
wooden eaves to the public house. Projecting centre, 4
windows, under dentillated pediment. 3 storeys; 8 window rane
of 12-pane sashes with keystone lintels. Above, eight 9-pane
sashes with similar lintels. Below, to left, restored wooden
shop front to public house, with pilasters, panelled
stallboard and dentillated fascia cornice. 3 small single-pane
windows. To right, a plastic Doric doorcase with dentillated
pediment and fielded 6-panel door with fanlight. Right return,
to Charlotte Street Mews, has a 3 window addition with 2
similar doorcases. Left return, to Mason Street, has three
12-pane sashes , the left one being smaller, and above,
similar fenestration with 9-pane sashes, the right one blank.
Below, a continuation of the public house shop front, with
half-glazed corner doorway with overlight. To left, a
half-glazed door with overlight, flanked by single 2-light
windows. To left again, 2 segment-headed half-glazed doors
with overlights.
