2 houses, now 2 shops. c1800, with late C19 and late C20
alterations. Brick with hipped pantile roof and 2 side wall
and single ridge stacks. Moulded wooden gutter and brackets. 2
storeys plus attics; 3-window range of canted wooden bay
windows with brick bases and 12-pane sashes. Below, a pair of
late C19 wooden shop fronts with reeded pilasters, and gabled
curved brackets and cornice. To left, a 4-light shop window
with wooden mullions. To right, a splayed glazed recess with
late C20 glazed door, overlight and canopy, flanked to right
by a 3-light shop window also with wooden mullions. To right
again, an early C19 moulded wooden doorcase with paterae and
panelled recess with moulded 6-panel door and overlight. Left
return has, to left, a 16-pane sash and above, a single
dormer. Below, 2 blocked windows flanked to left by an altered
doorway.
