- 30 metres north-east
of East Farmhouse

GV II

Well-house. Probably C15 with later repairs. Roughly coursed slate-stone to
gable ends with stepped granite slabs to roof. Entrance to west gable end with
2 steps to side leading down to rectangular pool in front. Granite cross added
to each gable in C20.
