8/141 Tomb vault to Trist family at
- 19 metres south of east end of
Church of St Symphorian

GV II

Family vault. First date Jane Trist is 1802, but facade probably considerably later.
White granite ashlar with slatestone rubble behind, built into slope. Very shallow
distyle approximately Doric portico with pediment and sans-serif curving legend
RESURGEMUS all framing closed architrave to vault. On apex a cross with stepped base.
One step stylobate.
