Not shown on OS map. Cottage. Mid-to late C18 with eaves raised early C19; minor
later alterations. Painted roughly coursed slate-stone with cob to raising of eaves
and beneath corrugated-iron cladding to left end; half-hipped slate roof. Square
plan. 2 storeys. Cl9 multi-paned casement on each floor to left and right of central
C20 lean-to porch, those to ground-floor with slate drips, those to first floor
cutting through original eaves line. Prominent integral end stack with slate drips
to left.
