Small country house, courtyard wall and adjoining building. Early C19. Stucco
with hipped low pitched delabole slate roof with axial stuccoed brick stacks with
cornices. Symmetrical double depth central stair plan with service wing to rear. 2
storeys. 3 window south-west front. Central doorway with Tuscan porch, heavy
entablature and square columns. Continuous stucco plinth. Tripartite ground floor
windows with wooden sashes with thin glazing bars. Wide stucco band between floors.
12-paned wooden sashes to first floor and moulded eaves cornice. Round headed stair
window to rear.
Interior not inspected.
