Balustrade on steps from Salisbury Street to Toward Road. Mid
C19. Wrought-iron. Plain stick balusters and slender tapered
newels, with bases clasped by acanthus foliage and simplified
foliage to capitals, support plain band handrails on N side of
lower flight and on both sides of upper 2 flights of steps.
