Attached house. Late C18. Stucco with limestone dressings,
hipped pantile roof. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 3
storeys and basement; 2-window range. Moulded parapet coping;
Pennant steps up to a left-hand doorway with consoles to a
pediment, 5-light fanlight and 6-panel door; canted
ground-floor oriel has 6/6-pane sashes flanked by 2/2-pane
sashes, 6/6-pane sashes above and to the basement. INTERIOR
not inspected.
