Formerly known as: Nos.3 AND 4 MERIDIAN PLACE.
Pair of terraced houses on raised ground at the end of a
cul-de-sac. Early C19. Stucco with slate roofs. 3 storeys and
basements. 2 windows each. Central paired entrances having
Doric porches carring good cast-iron balconies at 1st floor
level; 5-panel doors with overlights. No.4 with hornless
sashes, twelve-pane at ground floor, lst floor has fifteen,
2nd floor has nine. No.5 with C20 UPVC glazing. INTERIOR not
inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached cast-iron railings to
areas.
