House, now flats. c1810. Brick with ashlar dressings; hipped
tile roof with 2 brick stacks. Double-depth central-staircase
plan. 3 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Weathered ashlar
base and boxed eaves. Round-headed entrance has Doric porch
with triglyph frieze and modillioned cornice, archivolt and
fanlight over 6-panel door. Windows have rubbed brick flat
arches over 12-pane horned sashes but 2nd floor has 6-pane
sashes. Rear has round-headed stair window with small-paned
glazing, part sashes, to right of late C20 two-storey wing.
INTERIOR: open-well staircase with moulded tread ends to open
string and C20 balusters and handrail.
