House, former Mission building. Early C19. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof, 3 storeys with basement, 5 bays. Windows have wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. 1st floor sill course and top cornice. Central round-arched entrance has Doric doorcase with fluted columns and 6-panel door. Plain iron area railings and
bowed iron 1st floor balconies.
