Probably cotton spinning mill, now works. Mid C19, altered. Red brick with some sandstone dressings, roof not visible. Very long rectangular plan parallel to street. A six-storey 28-window range with three-storey four-window continuation at west end; panelled corner pilasters with stone cornices, parapet with stone coping, eight-window centre breaking forwards very slightly; vertical-rectangular windows with raised sills and flat-arched heads, those in the west portion mostly four-pane sashes but the others with altered glazing; inserted doorway in second bay of centre; round-headed doorways in first and fourth bays of right-hand portion, that to the right altered as a window.
