Town house. Probably late C18 or early C19. Granite ashlar
front, otherwise rubble with granite dressings; fairly steep
asbestos slate roof; brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 2
storeys; nearly symmetrical 2-window front. C20 windows with
top lights; central early C19 doorway with entablature, with
moulded cornice, broken out over heavily moulded pilasters;
6-panel door with moulded lock rail, flush-beaded bottom
panels and glazed top panels. INTERIOR not inspected.
