Model dairy. 1802. By John Nash. Render, limestone dressings,
rendered stack, pantiled verandah and thatched roof.
Single-depth plan. Picturesque style. Single storey and attic;
3-window range. Apsidal end has a fitted bench beneath an
overhanging verandah, porch to SW doorway, pantiled verandah
to NE, diagonal lattice casement windows, 3 small eaves
dormers and diagonally-set stacks. INTERIOR not inspected.
Though styled as a Picturesque cottage, the dairy was used as
a functional part of the house's economy.
