Town house with later shop. Mid C19. Render replacing stucco
on studwork to front with stucco quoin strip on right openings
with sill brackets and moulded architraves, fascia board with
brackets; asbestos slate roof. Deep plan including rear wing
at right-angles. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Late C19 four-pane
horned sashes. Ground floor has late C19 full-width moulded
entablature with end consoles over fluted pilasters framing
mid/late C20 altered late C10 double shop front with wide
central doorway with deep cranked splay. INTERIOR of shop
altered C20, otherwise not inspected.
