Lodge to former workhouse, now hospital. 1840. Stock brick, some stucco.
White brick dressings and pilaster strips. Tiled roof. 1 storey, 1 bay with
pediment. Semicircular headed entrance in gabled porch. 2-bay return. Included
for group value. The later rear extension to the Lodge at the north-east end,
is not of special interest.
