1905-6 by B Parker and R Unwin. A good example of Parker and Unwin's preference
for roughcast walls and simple timber detailing being transferred to a larger
house. Open plan in the form of 2 linked rectangles. Two storeys. South-east
front of 3 bays with projecting window bays flanking recessed porch and first
floor balcony, later altered by addition of large balcony at first floor level.
Tiled roof with hips and partly weather-boarded gables. Roughcast chimney
stacks. Roughcast walls. Ranges of casement windows with leaded lights.
Recessed entrance.
