House, now offices. Early C19, altered and extended in C20. Timber-framed, plastered, roofed with slate. Main range facing SE with rear stack near right end, and short rear wing to left of it with internal stack at end. 2 storeys. C20 single-storey lean-to extension to rear of left part of main range. C19 single-storey extension beyond rear wing, roofed with machine-made red clay tiles, connecting it with a formerly separate 2-storey--building roofed with handmade red clay tiles. C20 2-storey extension beyond, weatherboarded and
roofed with felt. Ground floor, 3 sashes of 8+8 lights. First floor, 4 sashes of 8+8 square lights. C20 glazed double doors recessed within imitation doorcase with panelled pilasters and Adam-style ornament on frieze. Low-pitched roof, both shafts rendered. Mutuled eaves cornice. Left return weatherboarded within vehicle entrance of No.110 (not listed). The left elevation of the rear wing has on the first floor one early C19 sash of 10+10 lights, and the extension beyond has one C19 horizontal sash of 9+9 lights and one C19 casement. Included for group value.
