House, now office. c1780. Brick; tile roof with brick end
stacks. Double-depth plan. Georgian style. 3 storeys; 4-window
range. Blue brick plinth and deep top cornice and parapet;
coped gables. Entrance to left of centre has doorcase with
panelled pilasters, entablature blocks and open pediment,
fanlight with radial glazing bars over 6-panel door;
elliptical-headed carriage entrance to right end has paired
plank doors. Windows have sills, and rubbed brick flat arches,
over 16-pane sashes to ground floor, alternate 16-pane and
12-pane sashes to 1st floor and alternate 8-pane and 6-pane
sashes to 2nd floor. Gabled wing to rear has return entrance
with overlight with decorative glazing bars to 6-panel door.
Interior: dog-leg staircase with open string and stick
balusters.
