Town house. Early/mid C19. Granite ashlar front with plinth;
grouted scantle slate roof with moulded eaves cornice; brick
end stacks; cast-iron ogee gutters. Double-depth plan plus
deep wing at right-angles to rear right. 3 storeys;
asymmetrical 3-window range. Granite lintels over late C19
four-pane horned sashes except for late C19 canted oriel with
pilasters, moulded cornice and horned sashes to 1st-floor
centre; fenestration towards left; right-hand windows over
tall narrow doorway with overlight and 6-panel door approached
by 3 granite steps; plain overlight. INTERIOR not inspected,
except to note panelled window shutters to ground floor, but
likely to be of interest.
