Small house. Late C18/early C19. Granite rubble with granite
dressings; steep asbestos slate roof; brick end stacks.
Shallow-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front.
Original 12-pane horizontal-sliding sashes and central doorway
with original flush-headed 4-panel door and overlight; central
window above doorway is blind but with remains of window
painted on. INTERIOR not inspected but said to retain most of
its original features.
